How to return
Within 14 days
Return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Pack securely
Repack the item in its original packaging and include any tags and documents.
Contact us
Email us or use the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and documents. Personalized or perishable items may not be eligible for return—please check the product page or contact us before ordering.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
